The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address, or security code (CVV). Ensure that the address is entered accurately, the double check the 3-digit code on the back of your card, and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we are not able to cancel, add, or remove items, as it’s already being processed. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

We are not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional costs to receive your items.

We charge sales tax for purchases with delivery addresses in Michigan.

According to U.S. state laws, we are legally responsible for collecting sales tax in each state we have nexus (physically located for business) in, wherever sales tax is applicable. The sales tax only applies when the customer's shipping address or in-person purchase is in the state we have nexus in. This is automatically recognized by our secure system at checkout.

You can find each model's size info for a better picture of how it may look on you, the fabric it's made of, and level of stretch in the Details section. We also include whether it fits true to size, or if it runs on the small or large side.

You'll also find on each item's page a link under the size options, "What's My Size?". In the link are more precise measurements for each size of that particular item.

Since manufacturers may vary, we always recommend you to choose your size based on your exact measurements and how you intend it to fit based on the style, cut, and fabric details, instead of a size number you usually wear at other stores. This will ensure you always receive the best fit every time.

We might sell out of something fast, so creating an account and catching new arrivals alerts as soon as they drop is a must!

Whenever we sell out, there's a chance we might restock that particular item/size/color. When you click on the sold out option, it will prompt you to enter your email address to be notified if/when we restock it. That way you'll be the first to know as soon as it hits our store!

No, our gift cards do not expire.

If you forgot to apply your e-gift card or discount code to your order, regrettably, we would not be able to apply it to your order once it has been placed.

Gift cards are final sale items and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.

Final Sale are items marked with its final price. They will not be marked any lower and are not subject to promo codes, further discounts, or returns/exchanges.

Final Sale items are in perfect condition as we NEVER sell "imperfects", "irregulars", etc. All items meet a strict quality inspection- it is simply that the item was released in a previous season or collection and has met its life cycle in our inventory. We are dedicated to bringing you the latest and hottest styles, and to do that we need to keep enough space available to bring in our newest collections.

Final Sale also applies to any items that we cannot accept as returns or exchanges. This is the case especially for anything that cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.

1. Anything listed on our Final Sale page at the time of purchase.

2. Due to sanitary reasons, these items are not returnable/exchangable, and therefore considered Final Sale:
Bodysuits, lingerie, tights, swimwear, earrings, body jewelry, cosmetics, hair accessories, sunglasses, hats, and face covers.

3. Holiday-themed items are Final Sale.

4. Gift cards, including e-gift cards, are not returnable/refundable, and therefore considered Final Sale.

If we are currently running a promotion that requires a promo code, please remember to apply the code when at the checkout prompt and to enter it exactly as displayed on the website.

If you're having issues applying a promo code to your order, these are some common things to check:

1. Is there a time limit to the promo? Most of our promos have an expiration date. Your order must be placed and completed before the promo ends to be applied to your order.

2. Only one code can be used per order. If you already have a code applied then an additional code will not be able to be applied in the same order.

3. Check for any exclusions for the promo. Some of our promos exclude certain products, or categories, on our website.

REBELLA reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

1. Item(s) in purchase are out of stock.
2. A repetitive or excessive purchase history of the same item, in the same color (for example but not limited to, five of the same item in the same size and color) indicative of the intent to resell merchandise.
3. An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”.
4. An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
5. Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
