The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address, or security code (CVV). Ensure that the address is entered accurately, the double check the 3-digit code on the back of your card, and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.
As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately, this means we are not able to cancel, add, or remove items, as it’s already being processed. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

We charge sales tax for purchases with delivery addresses in Michigan.

Whenever we sell out, there's a chance we might restock that particular item/size/color. When you click on the sold out option, it will prompt you to enter your email address to be notified if/when we restock it. That way you'll be the first to know as soon as it hits our store!

No, our gift cards do not expire.
If you forgot to apply your e-gift card or discount code to your order, regrettably, we would not be able to apply it to your order once it has been placed.
Gift cards are final sale items and cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
Final Sale are items marked with its final price. They will not be marked any lower and are not subject to promo codes, further discounts, or returns/exchanges.
Final Sale items are in perfect condition as we NEVER sell "imperfects", "irregulars", etc. All items meet a strict quality inspection- it is simply that the item was released in a previous season or collection and has met its life cycle in our inventory. We are dedicated to bringing you the latest and hottest styles, and to do that we need to keep enough space available to bring in our newest collections.
