If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the courier but you have not received it; you must contact the postal courier with your tracking number.

We will help guide you through the process, but essentially it will be up to you to actually contact the courier, place the claim, and follow up. If your package is confirmed as lost by the courier, and it is no longer retrievable, you must contact us with proof of statement within 5 days of receiving their statement and we will provide you a store credit for the net purchase amount, less any applicable shipping cost and 5% irreversible payment processing fee. The store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card. Our e-gift cards do not expire.
If you refuse any shipments from shoprebella.com or your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges and 5% irreversible payment processing fee, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We are not responsible for refused, held, delayed, or returned packages.
If you put in the wrong shipping address or have a typo in your shipping address, there is a small chance we might be able to catch it in time.

If you catch the mistake within 24 hours of your order, or your order tracking does not yet show that a shipping label was printed/created yet, then please contact us immediately through our Contact Us page.

We do not hold or accept responsibility for any inaccurate shipping addresses, but we are definitely willing to work with you if we are able to catch it in time. Please note our response time is 24-48 hours on business days, or less (not including U.S. holidays) so we cannot make any promises.

If we are able to catch it before the shipping label is created, you must be able to verify your identity before the change is made. We may require identification, as well as proof of payment and order information. Please keep in mind that this is a courtesy as we understand mistakes can happen, but we are not obligated to catch your mistake or fix it before the order ships.

Please always double-check your shipping info before completing an online transaction. If the courier or customs sends your package back to us due to an inaccurate shipping address or is shipped to the wrong address due to the wrong shipping address, we are not responsible. At this point you must contact the postal courier with your tracking number.

If you contact us for help and the package has already left our possession, we will gladly help guide you through the process, but essentially it will be up to you to actually contact the courier, place the claim, and follow up. We may contact you via email upon receiving the package we shipped to you. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges and 5% irreversible payment processing fee, plus the cost of returning the package to us. We are not responsible for any customs duties, value-added taxes, or any other costs and fees associated with international shipments. Please be aware that depending upon your country, you may incur additional costs to receive your items.
If your country requires your personal customs ID on foreign/imported packages, please include it with a note, in the "Additional Notes" comment box available in the checkout page.

If the courier asks for the customer's customs ID and we did not receive it at checkout, we will contact you via email for the additional information. Please note, the delay in obtaining any applicable customs ID is in addition to the estimated order processing and shipping times.
